REALTOR® Magazine-Daily News-16% of Veterans Are Homeless, Study Shows.

Homelessness among veterans is a serious problem confronting our society. The issue has become a focal point of attention with the government. Grants are currently being offered to non-profit organizations and collaboratives to provide housing  AND services to homeless veterans in an effort to get them into permanent housing. The intent is to assist the veterans with housing in conjunction with providing the supportive services and skills necessary for these veterans to become self-sustaining.
